"Bright Lights….Bitter City"
Story & Art: Howard Mackie & John Byrne
Peter and MJ are having marital problems. MJ is receiving death threats on both her and Peter’s life. MJ is a high profile model and Peter is struggling to make ends meet as a Daily Bugle photographer.
JJJ asks Peter to see if he can get an exclusive interview for the Bugle with MJ. As it is an excuse to see her, and get their marriage back on track, he accepts.
Security, refuse to let Peter in, stating that he couldn't possibly be MJ’s husband. After receiving another threat on her life, MJ and Jill Stacy are herded out a side exit. Peter’s Spider-Sense goes haywire and he leaps the security to warn MJ.
Security, surround Peter thinking he is the attempted murderer. Out of nowhere the Blob comes out of an armored vehicle and creates havoc.

Overall Rating: 6/10
I enjoyed seeing the Blob in a Spidey comic, although I think Spidey took care of him a little too easily. The artwork was good and it is a reasonably enjoyable read.
